Meet the Team
Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Melley is the Founder and CEO of The Melley Group, a family-owned and operated organization dedicated to the well-being and quality of life of our community's seniors. Since 2004, The Melley Group has become recognized as one of the leading providers of home health care in Florida.
His visionary thinking and inspirational leadership has led to the development Golden Care, a home care agency dedicated to providing the finest level of concierge, private home care services. With the addition of Golden Care, The Melley Group now offers a full spectrum of services dedicated to promoting the well-being and health of our clients.
Determined to be the best home care service provider in Florida, and eventually the entire United States, Christopher believes that recruiting exceptional people, with a passion for serving our seniors and providing them the tools and training to further develop, Golden Care is well positioned for continued expansion. Driven by the Golden Rule, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you," he has built an organization where home care professionals can passionately do what they do best, which is provide excellent care and quality of life for our clients.
By combining passion, ambition, and compassion, Christopher has built Golden Care utilizing a unique and unmatched set of skills, which are demonstrated by employee and referral source loyalty and exceptional customer service for the senior’s whose lives have been entrusted to their care.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from the University of Miami and is continuously partaking in focus groups and think tanks geared toward elevating the client care experience.
Director of Operations
Stephanie Webley is the Director of Operations at Golden Care Home Health. Stephanie is a graduate of Lynn University where she earned her BS in Health Care Administration and a minor in physical therapy assisting.
After graduation Stephanie entered the health care arena first in Assisted Living and then later in Skilled Nursing. A three year tenure working at an Alzheimer’s Assisted Living as a marketing director preceded the seven year tenure at a skilled nursing facility where she started as an Admissions Director. She was later promoted to Hospital Liaison and then later to Lead Liaison for the east coast division. During the Lead Liaison position she was required to travel to Texas and Virginia to train and mentor other Admissions Director and Liaisons.
Stephanie has always been very active with community organizations in the Naples area. She has dedicated over three years with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and over two years with Salvation Army Seniors Program where she would conduct quarterly presentations to seniors regarding Medicare benefits and other health related topics. She was a member of Interagency, and CAMEO. She has also served on the board for Collier County Care Club. Stephanie is involved with Step by Step a mentoring program for Immokalee High School students
Director of Business Development
Adam Corcoran is Golden Care's Director of Business Development. Adam is familiar with the senior services industry as his mom was a Director of Nursing for a home health agency in New Jersey. He understands what it takes to deliver quality care since he was influenced at such an early age. His hard work ethic and dedication to serving southwest Florida's aging population will be a key component of Golden Care long-term success.
He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus while obtaining and advertising minor. In addition to the senior care industry, Adam experienced employment in the health insurance field and taught for 4 years in Collier County Public Schools. Through all of his experiences it has developed him to be well-rounded professional.
Adam spends time volunteering for local non-profit organizations such as the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida and Alzheimer's Support Network. He also holds a position on the Naples Interagency Board as their Vice President and sits on the Leadership Coalition on Aging- Collier County Steering Committee as the 2017 Senior Empowerment Series Chair.
Adam has called southwest Florida home for the past 7 years since he has moved here from New Jersey. He is married with newborn twins, Kenzi Jo and Carter. In his spare time, Adam enjoys graphic design, photography, and spending time at the beach.
